Sales position

Job Description:

1. Responsible for promoting export railway, sea, air and other products to enterprises, and developing potential export logistics demand customers through marketing methods such as telephone, internet, website, visits, etc., to reach cooperation intentions.

2. Provide the best logistics solution according to the different needs of customers, coordinate with overseas agents, track the transportation status of goods, and complete customer inquiries, quotations, communication, and other matters.

3. Coordinate various departments to complete the transportation, customs declaration, warehousing and other work of goods.

4. Manage and maintain customer relationships as well as long-term strategic cooperation plans between customers.

5. Complete other tasks assigned by the leader

Job requirements:

1. High activity, agile response, strong expression ability, strong service awareness, good communication skills, and teamwork ability

2. Familiar with the logistics industry, familiar with related products, services, and markets

3. Able to quickly adapt to the work environment, possess strong learning ability and self motivation

4. Proficient in office software

Operation position

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the operational process of international cargo transportation, ensuring smooth shipment of goods;

2. Processing relevant documents, including the production and review of customs declaration, inspection, insurance and other documents;

3. Maintain effective communication with customers and carriers to resolve issues during transportation;

4. Track the transportation status of goods, update information to customers in a timely manner, and handle abnormal situations.

Job Requirements:

1. College degree or above, with a preference for majors in logistics management, international trade, English, or related fields;

2. Familiar with international freight operation procedures and possess relevant document processing capabilities;

3. Good communication and coordination skills, able to independently solve problems;

4. Strong sense of responsibility, meticulous and patient, possessing team spirit.
