The current situation of transportation infrastructure construction and logistics distribution services: （1） The construction of transportation infrastructure is advancing rapidly. The transportation sector actively responded to the tide of reform and opening up, taking the lead in opening up the transportation market. Following the principle of "where there is a river, everyone walks by boat; where there is a road, everyone walks by car", it effectively liberated productivity, released industry vitality, and achieved a significant transformation of transportation from "bottleneck constraints" to "basic adaptation" to the requirements of economic and social development. During the 13th Five Year Plan period, Cili County will make every effort to build a transportation system that connects the inside and outside, efficiently promote the construction of transportation projects, and build and put into use the Linglong, Yangtong, Yangxi, and Qingjiang highways. In addition, the Guizhou Zhangchang Railway, Changzhang Expressway, and Anci Expressway, which have already been completed and opened to traffic by the end of this year, as well as the ongoing construction of the Shanghai Cixi Expressway and the Zhangguan Expressway, which will start construction at the end of the year, have formed a transportation network that is mainly composed of highways, supplemented by railways, supported by highways, and composed of provincial highways, connecting rural areas, radiating throughout the county, and connecting the inside and outside of the province. At present, there are a total of 263 kilometers of national highways, 426 kilometers of provincial highways, 390 kilometers of county roads, 1004 kilometers of township roads, and 2138 kilometers of village roads in the county. 985 kilometers of cement roads (for 25 households with more than 100 people) are connected to natural villages, achieving 100% access to cement roads in rural areas. The total length of highways in the county is 5206 kilometers; Three secondary passenger stations, two tertiary passenger stations, 26 rural fifth level passenger stations, and 552 rural greeting stations have been built; 172 operational lines have been opened, with 322 rural passenger transport vehicles, achieving 100% access to passenger buses and reserved response vehicles in 427 administrative villages. We are moving towards the goal of "building, managing, protecting, and operating well". （2） Urban and rural transportation services have an optimal flow of goods. The county has formed 47 logistics enterprises led by Jincheng Logistics, with 357 operating vehicles and 1578 employees, including 19 freight companies, 115 operating vehicles, and 15 express delivery companies. There are 30 supply and marketing agricultural materials, agricultural machinery, postal and freight logistics outlets, with a township coverage rate of 100%, express delivery enterprises with a township coverage rate of 100%, and logistics with a village level coverage rate of over 80%. A modern comprehensive transportation system that is interconnected, accessible to people, and efficient in material flow is being formed, providing solid transportation service guarantees for the comprehensive construction of a moderately prosperous society and rural revitalization. （3） The synergy of integrated logistics development is insufficient. In recent years, the transportation, agriculture and rural areas, development and reform, supply and marketing, commerce, postal and other departments in Cili County have successively introduced or jointly introduced multiple incentive measures to promote the healthy and orderly development of rural revitalization. Multiple industries, departments, and directions have each made efforts to promote rural revitalization, playing a certain positive role. However, due to the single utilization of resources and insufficient joint efforts, a coordinated and integrated development situation has not been formed. In the current environment of deepening the rural revitalization strategy, it is urgent to build a diversified and resource sharing social public service platform, integrate multiple resources, promote deep cooperation among all parties in terms of resources, functions, and roles, and work together to serve the rural revitalization strategy, achieving the goals of "prosperous industries, livable ecology, civilized rural culture, effective governance, and prosperous life".
